In the context of the emergence of new paradigms for learning that, express ambitious global plans to build learning cities in light of the implications of artificial intelligence and transformative capabilities for education, the pivotal role of technology, and the essential elements necessary for cities aspiring to become part of the UNESCO global network. Establishing the concept of lifelong learning and utilizing artificial intelligence tools to provide lifelong learning systems that allow personal learning anytime, anywhere for all, enhancing communication channels and connections between communities worldwide through joining the global UNESCO network of learning cities. It becomes increasingly apparent that society, government, commitment, and political will play multiple roles that must be acknowledged in order to prepare individuals in this society, preparing them to build a bright and purposeful future through learning cities, achieving sustainable development, ensuring comprehensive learning by providing lifelong learning opportunities for all, and working towards the vision of Egypt 2030.
